Artist Statement/BIO:
Zoe started painting at a young age, but a passion for computer animation led her to develop her creative skills in a career in visual effects. She developed her craft through many roles and projects, building an impressive credit list. Although this keeps her busy, painting remains very important to her, and over the last 5 years, she has actively used painting as a creative outlet for her happiness and health. As a passionate outdoor enthusiast, Zoe enjoys adventures on our local hills & further afield, taking in the sights & colours. So, inspired by the local surroundings of 'Beautiful British Columbia', she aims to capture the essence and wonder our natural world has to offer through oil painting on large-scale canvases.
