Artist Statement:

I am a ceramic artist exploring the relationship between light, form, and nature. Inspired by elements found in the natural world, I create sculptural lighting pieces that incorporate carving and piercing techniques to let light move through and interact with the form. I use color pigments to add depth and evoke a sense of movement, expressing the delicate balance between strength and fragility in nature. Rooted in traditional Korean ceramic techniques, my work blends cultural craftsmanship with contemporary expression.
